How do I order my wedding aisle runner?
To order a wedding aisle,simply add the item(s) you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart. Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation with your wedding aisle runner details. Please be sure to enter the correct email address to ensure you receive your order confirmation.
When will I receive my monogram proofs?
After submitting your aisle runner details. Please allow approximately 7 business days to receive your online proof. The link to your online proof will be emailed to you.
How long is my quote valid for?
All quotes are valid for five business days. Please note that our prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
What methods of payment do you accept?

How do we ship your wedding aisle runner?
We ship our aisle runners via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, Second Day Air, Next Day Air, FedEx and U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail based on your needs. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number vial email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Additional shipping charges will apply for shipments outside of the Continental United States.
Can you deliver my aisle runner ASAP?
In the event that you need rush delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that your customized wedding aisle runner will be completed in time for your special day. Additional delivery charges apply as noted on our aisle runner options.
Do your wedding aisle runners come with the pull cord?
Custom aisle runners include a matching pull cord. Blank aisle runners come rolled and ready to use but do not include a pull cord. You can easily insert your own pull cord upon receipt.

Absolutely. Your payment will be processed securely.
What is your Return Policy?
We are dedicated to providing you with the wedding aisle runner of your dreams. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Because our aisle runners are custom designed to suit your needs it is non-refundable. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, we will work with you to resolve the matter.
You may return your blank aisle runner in the event that you are not pleased with it. Please note that you must contact us via email at email@example.com with in three days of receiving the runner to inform us that you are not pleased and will be retuning it. You will be refunded for the cost of the aisle runner. Unfortunately, shipping is non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
